At Care Flesh (M/S HEALTH STAR), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because we deal in personal care and Ayurvedic products, our policies regarding returns and hygiene are strictly defined below.
1. Cancellation Policy
• Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
• Process: To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@careflesh.com.
• Refund: If successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
2. Return Policy
• Eligibility: Items can be returned within 5 days of receiving the order.
• Condition of Item: To be eligible, the item must be completely unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy): Certain items, such as perishable goods, opened Ayurvedic powders, or opened personal care items (like Hair Oil or Body Scrubs), are strictly not eligible for returns or refunds for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video starting from the sealed package.
3. Return Process and Timelines
• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@careflesh.com within the 5-day window with your order details and reason for the return.
• Once your return request is approved (usually within 24-48 hours), you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
4. Refund Policy and Processing Time
• Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our facility, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
• Refund Timeline: If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we process the return. For COD orders, our team will request your bank details to transfer the refund within the same timeframe.
5. Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the eligible item as per our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
