At Care Flesh (powered by M/S HEALTH STAR), we strive to ensure that your wellness orders are processed and delivered as quickly as possible.

1. Shipping Coverage*
We currently offer shipping to all locations within India. Unfortunately, we do not ship to international destinations at this time.

2. Order Processing Timeframe*
Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we begin processing it within 24 to 48 hours.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes*
Prepaid Orders: Shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days after processing.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Shipping takes 5 to 7 business days after successful order verification via phone or WhatsApp.
Note: Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, holidays). We will do our best to keep you updated.

4. Shipping Charges*
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India.
Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available during checkout for an additional fee.

5. Tracking and Missing Items*
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delayed or returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
